Entity, hereinafter referred to as “us,” “our,” “we,” “Falix,” “FalixNodes,” “SIA Baltijas Pakalpojumi,” has published this document in accordance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws. We are committed to safeguarding our customers’ data to the highest standards and ensuring that we only process what is necessary to provide quality service.

If it is not possible to use this software, please forward your notice to add, change, or delete data, or any other requests, to our legal team.
As part of our onboarding process, the privacy notice is attached to our User Agreement as a mandatory appendix and becomes active upon your first website visit, account registration, use of our services, or interaction with us. You have the right to opt out of the data we collect about you, except for the data necessary to provide you with the service.
You are only allowed to agree to this notice if you are at least 13 years old (or of the minimum age required by your country’s regulations) or if consent is given by the holder of your parental responsibility.

Software-specific Information
As a hosting company, we are required to store data provided by you to ensure the runtime of your service. This data is stored on machines owned by us or on machines leased through our partners.
We may use the data to provide you with features on our website, including but not limited to, world manager, player manager, mods manager, and plugins manager.
We do not share this information with external partners, except as necessary to operate the service for you.
